She has led successful initiatives that significantly reduced enrollment timelines and improved revenue outcomes by optimizing workflows and fostering strong customer partnerships. Tracey’s expertise spans process improvement, implementation strategy, training development, and change management. Tracey holds an MBA with a specialization in Project Management. Outside of work, she is passionate about giving back, dedicating time and resources to help children access sports programs.
