Raeann Hofkin has nearly 4 decades of experience in all facets of payroll management, both domestic and international. She served on the American Payroll Association Certification Board from 2016 to 2018 as a subject matter expert, the Board of Contributing writers for a number of years, in addition to various committees. Mrs. Hofkin received the Special Recognition Award from the APA in 2012 and the Meritorious Service Award in 2008, and was the recipient of the Pennsylvania Payroll Professional of the Year Award in 2010 and 2013. The last four years she has been consulting in the payroll profession.
