In today’s multifamily housing industry, technology dominates much of our work—but some of the toughest challenges remain decidedly low-tech. Chief among them: bed bugs.
For property managers, keeping communities clean, safe, and welcoming is a top priority. Bed bugs, however, bring unique complications. They’re resilient, adaptable, and damaging not only to your residents’ comfort but also to your property’s reputation if not addressed quickly and effectively.
This webinar delivers practical, step-by-step strategies to help multifamily professionals recognize, prevent, and eliminate bed bug infestations. You’ll also gain guidance on HUD compliance requirements and learn how to create sustainable long-term management policies that protect both your residents and your bottom line.
