Building a global compensation program that feels consistent, fair, and competitive—while still respecting local market realities—is one of the toughest challenges in HR. Pay expectations, cost of labor, legal requirements, cultural norms, and mobility policies all vary by country, yet employees still want clarity and equity across the organization.
In this practical, strategy-focused webinar, compensation expert John Rubino will walk through how leading multinational companies apply the “Think Globally, Act Locally” approach to total rewards. You’ll learn how to create a coherent global framework while adapting pay practices to local markets—so you can support international growth, talent mobility, and employee trust without losing control of compensation governance.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer roadmap for designing global pay programs that scale—programs that are fair, defensible, and aligned to business performance while still meeting local expectations.
